Hi Everyone and happy Monday to you! If you are new to my blog, welcome! If you are a regular here, welcome back! Normally on Monday I set goals for the week, but life happened and last week’s goal didn’t happen, so that will just move to this week.
If you are new here let me tell you a bit about myself. I used to work in marketing before my beautiful daughter, Anne was born 4.5 years ago, now I am a stay at home mom with a few addictions – quilting, cooking/baking and my garden. My husband proudly serves in the US Army and I blog a bit about all of it. Anne is a regular on my blog because she is the most important thing in my life!

I love Autumn. It’s not too hot, not too cold, and the trees turn a beautiful fiery orange and red. On cooler days, you can smell the first wood-burning fires of the season and it reminds me of my grandmother. ❤

For me, it’s a toss up between, spring, summer, winter or fall. Spring is so short here, winter is too long, summer is too hot, but fall is just about right. And it’s my birthday season. So I guess I’d say Fall.

This is a really hard one! We are retired and a year ago moved to Alabama to be near our oldest daughter. Our other two daughters live in California and Virginia. We have been told that last summer was not a normal summer in Alabama and was much cooler. When they complained about how cold the winter was, we just smiled because it was much colder in Illinois where we use to live. I do love the spring flowers, and we didn’t have the beautiful fall colors that we are use to. I guess I will say spring.

My favorite season depends on where I live. In the desert, I LOVE winter. In Tennessee, I like spring, when we get one. In the mountains, I like fall for all the pretty colors. I think my favorite time of year is fall except in Texas it generally goes from hot to cold with not much fall in between. I do love winter though. I like sweaters but no coats. In SC, spring only lasts a few weeks, but it’s such a delightful time when the humidity hasn’t quite reached full force, and the days are only 70 or 80 instead of 100.

My favorite time of year is late Spring/Summer. It’s finally warm after a long, cold winter, and it unfortunately doesn’t last long.
I don’t like summer, it’s too hot. I like spring or fall. Somewhere around the high 60s, low 70s.

You have some nice patterns! My favourite time of year is the late part of winter. I love snow and don’t mind cold. It is so crisp and clean and where I live it is usually sunny and beautiful in February and March.
I love the Fall. The crisp cool air, and all of the leaves turning, so pretty!
I live in an area of extreme summer heat and humidity so I really look forward to the winter months as it is very mild and really only need a jumper until about 10am and again after 6pm.

I like the heat of the summer, lazing outside, doing a bit of gardening and chasing the children round, playing in paddling pools!
Spring.. renewal, my flowers popping up just make me smile, the color after tge dreariness of winter. Extemely generous prize!

Autumn. I live in NH and there is nothing like the crisp air and the foliage

I always say, “THIS is my favourite time of year!” Except in the winter. I never say it in the winter.

I love fall! In Michigan, you get “Indian Summer” days, where it’s warm with a crispness in the air. Love it.

i find something to love about all four seasons, but i do love the lazy summer days.

Winter can be cold in Canada, and spring is a very messy business – gravel for tire traction left behind, huge puddles from the snow melt, and soppy grass. But I love spring because I get so excited in anticipation to summer! I love the feeling of warm weather coming our way!

While I love warm summer nights, I love cozy fall nights when it’s dark and pouring and you have no where to go.
