Wordless Wednesday – Caption It!

At times…my cutting table is kind of a disaster. I hope I’m not the only one like that because if I am then my husband might be right in his assertion that I am a crafting slob (just my craft space though, the rest of my house is pretty clean).  I was cutting some fabric the other day, lifted my pieces and discovered this…

Clipped wing. You might be on to something. Do more and sew different ones together. Hummmmmmmmm

I’m right there with you on a piled high cutting table. I often wonder, if the table were bigger, would I just have a bigger mess?

  7. Susan the farm quilter says:

Half of a new way to make a tumbler! If the other side matched, rotate 90 degrees and you have a lovely urn or vase!

  8. Holly Casey says:

Lame Duck, or Goose in this case.

Teacher: What fraction of A is B?

Modern Quilter: I’ll just put a strip of blue in between and no one will ever realize ….

    P. S. I’ve done that, too!

  14. Pauline says:

Oh No!! It’s happened to me…just this week!! Happy stitching, Pauline

  15. Beth Strand says:

Winged it! (Oh, and there is a verse in proverbs that goes something like, “Where there are no oxen, the trough is clean but oxen are valuable for their strength.” My quilter’s version is, “A clean studio is not as valuable as a happy quilt recipient!”)

  16. Carole says:

    Your slip is showing.

  17. Susan Melvin says:

    GRRR

I did really like Susan Nixon’s comments.
