They have videos, a blog, and offer classes throughout the year for those interested in learning more about thread.  Superior Threads is my go to company for all things thread related!

Intrepid ThreadThe Intrepid Thread is a family owned online fabric store. Julie and her team always manage to have the newest fabrics from the most popular designers in stock!  Her website is always the one I go to when I want to see what lines are coming out and to plan future projects!  Julie hand wraps each order that ships – such a wonderful personal touch that I love! Eleanor Burns wrote her first pattern in 1978 and the rest is history. At Quilt in a Day, you will find quilt patterns, notions, rulers, fabrics and books.  There is a wonderful online community and monthly quilt block competitions for all. Quilt in a Day also has over 200 quilting videos available for free.  I can personally vouch for the quality of the patterns and books, as the first pattern I ever followed for a quilt was the Quilt in a Day Log Cabin Pattern – Eleanor’s first pattern.
